My extended version of the Submarine Card originally sold by Harry Stanley’s Unique Magic Studios.
Here is a very entertaining Do As I Do routine with cards, performed with a volunteer.
The volunteer folows closely the very simple movements of the magician with four playing cards. Both start off with four cards face down. The magician does a couple of simple moves which the volunteer follows very closely. However, the mahgician finishes with all the magician’s cards being face-down while the spectator has one card face-up.
This is repeated a few times, and everytime a card is removed to make the simple moves even simpler, the voòlunteer always ends with a face-up card.
Finally the moves are repeated with just one card each, and believe it or not, the spectator fails again!
The routine gets funnier each time a card is eliminated yet somehow, the volunteer always gets it wrong!
No complicated sleights involved. You can do the routine the moment you get it.
